04 · RESTAURANT OS

Two products, one company.

Delivery is only half. The other half is the OS the restaurant uses every day.

PedidosYa is a delivery platform. RAPITIDO is that plus an OS for restaurants. When a restaurant joins, they get: point of sale (POS), table management with QR-menu, online reservations, real-time inventory, analytics dashboard, and the delivery-app integration. All unified.

That changes the economics. PedidosYa only earns when someone orders delivery. RAPITIDO earns from four streams: delivery commission + monthly POS SaaS + reservation commission + payment-processing spread. Each stream is small, but together they make a healthier business than living off 28% commissions.
