# SORA · Mexico Outreach Package

This folder contains the first-wave outreach drafts to set up the Mexico chapter. Send them in this order:

## Phase 1 · Legal entity (week 1-2)

Send to 3 firms in parallel; pick the best response in 1 week.

## Customization checklist before sending

For each email, fill in or edit:

- [ ] Your direct email + WhatsApp (use the Mexico WhatsApp once you have a SIM, or your main one for now)
- [ ] The specific event dates (already specified per-email)
- [ ] Your LinkedIn or a one-page deck link

## What to expect

- **Lawyers:** respond within 3-5 business days. Expect a 30-min intake call. Quote in 1 week.
- **Hosts:** for public postings, expect 15-40 replies within a week. Phone-screen the top 5.
- **Lodging:** group sales departments respond in 2-5 business days. Expect a rate sheet + availability.
- **Chefs:** harder to reach directly; better to go through their PR or restaurant manager. Some won't respond.

## After receiving responses

Track everything in a simple Notion or Sheet:
- Firm/person · Date sent · Date replied · Their response · Next step · Decision

When you have:
- 1 lawyer signed (formation in motion)
- 2 hosts hired
- 3 lodging partners confirmed
- 1 broker contract signed

→ Mexico chapter is "kit-of-parts complete". Go live with first event.
